In mid-October 2015. IB Systems signed an agreement with the General Contractor, SKANSKA S.A., for the comprehensive execution of electrical installations of the S&C scope, together with measurements and commissioning of the installation at the construction site of the ‘MARATON’ office building at Królowej Jadwigi Street in Poznań.

In December 2015, an Annex to the Agreement with SKANSKA was also signed extending the scope of work commissioned to us for building B of the ‘MARATON’ office building.

The Marathon office complex was built in the centre of Poznań, in close proximity to Poznań's most important business, retail and cultural facilities such as Andersia Tower, MTP and Stary Browar. The Maraton office building provides 21,000 m2 of office space, 300 parking spaces, 6 floors, 3,200 m2 of service areas.

The scope of work entrusted to IB Systems included: supply and installation of MV switchgear, transformers, RGnn+BK together with LV switchgear, power busbars, UPS units, cable routes, wiring of luminaires, power fixtures and receivers, heating cables, installation of primary and emergency lighting luminaires as well as execution of internal power lines, installation of MV cables, fire sealing, execution of measurements.

Completion of works for the ‘MARATON’ buildings Poznań took place in December 2016.
