As part of the project to build the LC CORP Silesia Star office complex in Katowice, IB Systems carried out the electrical, teletechnical, automation and BMS installations. The complex comprises two 8-storey office buildings, along with a service area that connects the two buildings on the ground floor and will include restaurants, cafes, shops and service outlets. Both buildings have a total area of 27,000 m2, and the service and retail part (connecting the two buildings) has an area of 1030 m2. A car park (underground and at level 0) with 250 spaces is located within the complex.

The investor of the investment is LC Corp SA, and the principal is Budimex SA. The architectural office Kuryłowicz&Associates is responsible for the concept and design of the building.

The first phase - Building A - was commissioned in early 2015.

In September 2015, in the tender for the construction of the next sister building (Building B), IB Systems was contracted to carry out a similar scope of work to the first phase of work already completed.

Work on the main part (the so-called common area) of Building B was completed in the summer of 2016. Work is currently underway on the subsequent floors for the individual tenants of the office building.
