The principle of IB Systems Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter IB Systems) is to comply with legal regulations concerning privacy and personal data protection. IB Systems respects the right of its employees, collaborators, customers, and suppliers to privacy. IB Systems takes special care to protect their personal data and applies appropriate technological solutions to prevent third-party interference in the privacy of these individuals.

IB Systems declares that it will make every effort to ensure the appropriate security of the provided data, as well as commits to take actions to prevent third-party interference in personal data and the privacy of the persons concerned. 3. Personal Data

We inform you that the Entitled person may contact IB Systems directly (including by phone or mail), as well as by visiting the website www.ibsystems.pl to learn about its organization and services provided without the need to provide personal data. Regardless of the above, there may be circumstances where the personal data of the Entitled person will be necessary to carry out the requested service or process. In such cases, the Entitled person will be informed of the necessity of providing and the manner of using the data, thus having the opportunity to decide whether to provide or refuse to provide their data.

Providing personal data may be required in a situation where the Entitled person is interested in commissioning IB Systems to perform a specific service (e.g., preparing an offer) or in a situation where they are interested in participating in the recruitment process. In such a case, the Entitled person may be asked to complete and submit a form/survey in which it will be explicitly indicated what kind of personal data will be collected.

In the situation where the Entitled person discloses personal data of a third party (e.g., a collaborator) in the form/survey, IB Systems assumes that the Entitled person has the relevant permission of the person whose data they disclosed. The data provided by the Entitled person in the manner indicated above is used by IB Systems solely for the purpose of carrying out the service commissioned by the Entitled person, conducting recruitment.
