The majority shareholder of IB Systems is Introl SA, a company operating on the Polish and international market since 1990, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007, which is a holding of more than a dozen companies, including leading technology and service providers in the field of industrial automation and measurement systems, as well as manufacturing companies.

From June to September 2007, he was Director of the Implementation and Service Domain at Sygnity SA, and then from September 2007 to November 2010 he worked as President of the Management Board of Sygnity Technology.

From 1992 to 2007, he was employed by EMAX SA successively in positions: Commercial Specialist, Deputy Commercial Director, Director of the Product Centre for Security Systems.
From June 2007 to March 2008 he held the position of Director of the Product Center in the Sygnity SA, and then from March 2008 to November 2010 he worked on the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of the Sygnity Technology.
